Real Madrid has qualified for the UEFA Champions League final on Wednesday after coming from behind to beat Bayern Munich 2-1 at the Santiago Bernabeu and 4-3 on aggregate.
After a silent first half, Bayern started the second half well and took the lead thanks to a goal by early substitute Alphonso Davies but were soon plagued by injuries and fatigue.
With Real Madrid pressing hard, they saw a Matthijs de Ligt own goal ruled out by VAR due to an earlier foul but soon got level at 1-1 through Mato Joselu in the 88 minute.
Real Madrid took a 2-1 lead in the 92nd minute thanks to another goal by super substitute Mato Joselu with Antonio Rudiger instrumental with a fine assist, making the night worse for the Bavarians.
After winning the Spanish league last weekend, this win sets a date with Borussia Dortmund at Wembley for the final of the competition, with Madrid looking for their 15th UEFA Champions League title and second trophy this season.
