Donald Trump Found Guilty In Hush Money Trial And Faces Possible Jail Sentence.

Former US president Donald Trump has been found guilty of 34 counts of falsifying business records related to a hush money payment made to adult film actress Stormy Daniels, making him the first former US president to be convicted of a crime.

The 77 year old former president who is currently campaigning for another presidential nomination now faces a possible prison sentence of 4 years. However, given his age and lack of prior criminal records, he may face no jail time at all as he has declared his innocence several times claiming the trial is purely politically motivated and aimed at disgracing him by current US president, Joe Biden.

The outcome of this trial does not legally affect his campaign or prevent him from running or serving as president so long as he serves no jail time.
