9000 children evacuated from Russian City.

The governor of the Russian city of Belgorod has announced that 9,000 children will be evacuated from the city after a week's long shelling killed over a dozen people. Vyacheslav Gladkov said the first group of 1,200 children will be evacuated on March 22.
 
Belgorod, which borders Ukraine, is one of many Russian cities that have come under intense bombardment from Ukraine in recent weeks. The shelling has killed multiple people and destroyed properties across the region.
 
The Ukrainian border region has also come under renewed airstrikes from the Russian military. Last week, Kyiv said it repelled an incursion by Moscow in the Sumy region and has beefed up its defenses in that area.
 
Meanwhile, Russian state news agency RIA has reported that Admiral Alexander Moiseev has replaced Nikolai Yevmenov as the new head of the Russian navy after a series of humiliating defeats in the Black Sea
