Death Toll in Moscow attack rises to 60

The death toll from the terrorist attack that struck Moscow late Friday night has risen to 60, with over 100 injured. Security agents are still hunting for the gunmen.
 
An affiliate of the islamist terrorist group ISIS has claimed responsibility on Telegram. The US has also confirmed it warned Russian officials of a potential terrorist attack in Moscow, but Russian officials didn't seem to take it seriously.
 
In a speech after the US issued a warning to US citizens in Russia to stay away from public gatherings and be vigilant, Putin played down the threat and branded it as "outright blackmail." 
 
Russian officials are yet to officially blame a group for the attack, and there are fears they could politicize the attack by blaming Ukraine in order to escalate the war.
 
Western countries, along with China and India, have condemned the attack and offered condolences to the families of the deceased.
