Death toll in Moscow attack rises to 137

Russia's Investigative Committee has said the death toll from the Friday night attack on Crocus City Hall has risen from 133 to 137. The deaths include three children. Over 140 people are still injured, and among them are dozens with life-threatening injuries.

Russia observed today as a national day of mourning. Hundreds of people have paid flowers and tributes at the scene of the attack. The Kremlin released a video showing President Putin at an undisclosed location attending a vigil and lighting a candle in honor of the victims.

Meanwhile, ISIS has released bodycam footage showing the attackers shooting civilians at close range and slitting a man's neck. Russian officials confirmed that the US warned them about an impending attack, but they say the US didn't provide specifics.

On the battlefield, Ukraine launched a massive strike on the Russian-occupied peninsula of Crimea. Kyiv claimed to have struck two landing ships, Azov and Yamal. Russia responded by launching dozens of airstrikes and drone attacks on critical infrastructure around Ukraine, including the western city of Lyviv, which borders Poland.

The Polish government alleged that a Russian missile briefly entered its airspace. The Polish foreign ministry on X called on Russia to stop its "terrorist air attacks on the inhabitants and territory of Ukraine." They also said they'd demand an explanation from Russia regarding its airspace violation.
